- The terms and conditions listed herein, is a legal agreement between Technofist, and any customer using our product or services.
- Using the product for any amount of time qualifies as an agreement. The customer will receive notice of any changes in terms and conditions. Notice may come in the form of e-mail, phone call, letter, and any other reliable form of communication. Acceptance to any changes may come in the form of 30 days of silence, immediately after notice is sent.
- Any services provided, created or sold by Technofist, qualifies as an Product of Technofist ” or “Products”.
- Ownership, possession, or license to any Technofist product or services qualifies as “using” the product.
- Each condition will explain the use of the Technofist Services, and if any condition is not met in the agreement between Technofist and the customer, Technofist has the express right to terminate the agreement. If a condition is not met, and Technofist does not exercise its right to terminate, we still has the expressed right to terminate the agreement, if any future conditions are not met.
- If in disagreement with any of the following terms or conditions, do not use the product. Once an Technofist or products are in use that qualifies as an agreement.
- Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved solely by Technofist.
